Deliverance - Saima Mir in conversation with Beth Perry

Saima Mir is an exciting voice in British fiction today. Deliverance is the explosive conclusion of  her award winning crime thriller trilogy about the Pakistani underworld set in Bradford.  These compelling books feature the mighty Jia Khan, a woman successful in building a global criminal empire.  Saima Mir is also the editor of The Book of Bradford with stories about Yorkshire’s third biggest city. She will discuss her work and how she places the city at the heart of her writing.

Part of the Writing the City strand curated by Professor Beth Perry
